The 21-year-old, featured for Wales Under 20 in the 2012 IRB Junior World Championship in South Africa and has played 10 times for the Scarlets this season.
Evans linked up with the squad this morning as they gathered to prepare for Friday’s Dove Men Series match against Tonga.
