On their debut season in the competition, Llandrillo have fared well, qualifying for the Cup competition after finishing top of Group 2 in the initial stages. While they have struggled to replicate that form in the second round, Director of Rugby Josh Leach is looking forward to his side’s first home televised game.
“It’s a shame we didn’t play last week but we are looking forward to getting back on track,” he said.
“It’s nice to be back at home and it’s a chance for us to show off Parc Eirias. We were slightly disappointed to draw with Neath Port Talbot at Llandarcy last time, we made a few errors and could have won it late on. They are a strong side and by no means will it be an easy game.
“But we’ve got a full strength side ourselves with a few players on permit who will be looking to impress so hopefully we can get a victory.”
After the wet weather hit last week’s fixture list, a number of games have also been abandoned this time around
The clash between Bridgend College and Coleg Y Cymoedd postponed till a later date as has the meeting between Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Gwent.
