Three finals will take place on the day at the Millennium Stadium in what has become a true celebration of Welsh grassroots and semi-professional club rugby.
The SWALEC Bowl Final kicks off proceedings with local side Clwb Rygbi Cymry Caerdydd taking on Llantwit Major at 1pm. Merthyr, who beat former finalists Glynneath 66-10 In the semi-final, take on another Cardiff club Rhiwbina at 3.15 in the SWALEC Plate Final before the highlight of the day with SWALEC Cup champions Pontypridd facing 2012 winners Cross Keys at 5.25pm.
There will be a whole host of activities on offer for all the family, from face painting, balloon artists, a circus school and mask making. There will be a Scorch Zone around the Gate 3 entrance and an opportunity to meet a Wales international player.
Tickets for the day are £10 for adults, £5 for Under 16s and £20 for a family of four.
