Like the Wizards, the Titans won their opening game of the competition last weekend with a 20-3 win over Yorkshire Carnegie in Scarborough.
Last season, the Titans made it out of the Pool stage of the competition for the first time, losing to Bristol in the quarter-finals.
The Wizards and Titans met in the British & Irish Cup during the 2012-13 season, with Rotherham winning 49-7 at home, and 25-21 at the Talbot Athletic Ground.
