The simplest way to send in your messages is to tweet the @welshrugbyunion twitter account using the hashtag #iamwales
2. UPLOAD YOUR MESSAGE TO OUR WEBSITE
If you don’t have twitter account then you can send in your message by completing the form on our competitions webpage.
3. DO IT IN PERSON
There will be a messaging station at the following Rugby World Cup Trophy tour events where you will be able to write you message and drop it off in a special ballot box.

After sending us your messages we will display them on our new Rugby World Cup website (to be launched soon) and the team will then select their favourite messages to be printed on the official Wales good luck banner, which will be displayed before the Wales v Italy fixture at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday 5th September on pitch.
