Liam Smith and Luke Marshall each scored a hat trick of tries for the Black & Ambers, and Gar Rees kicked 15 points to improve their side’s chances of promotion. Kidwelly had won 25-20 at the Wanderers in September.

Basement side Blackwood lost for the 12th game in a row, this time 32-20 at Risca, while Blaenavon maintained their push for a top three finish with a 28-10 home win over Brecon.
Llanishen overcame Gilfach Goch 22-10 in te only game played in Division 1 East Central to move ahead of Cardiff Quins and leave the visiting side stranded at the bottom of the table.
Builth Wells were made to struggle for victory by bottom of the table Tondu before finally coming out on top 20-15 at home and move ahead of Ystalyfera into eighth. The Bulls won thanks to tries from Ben Duggan and Tom Samuel, a conversion and penalty from Seb Barratt, and a drop goal from Gavin Jones.
Seven Sisters also moved up a place, into fourth, courtesy of a bonus point home win, 34-10, over Maesteg Quins. They are now only two points off third-placed Bonymaen with a game in hand and they host second laced Ammanford this weekend.
