Cardiff Quins U18s will look to defend their Youth Cup title as they take on Whitland U18s for the first time ever. The Quins had to replay their semi-final after a 15-all draw with Nelson Belles in their first fixture, then managed to come away with a 26-19 victory to secure their place in the final. Whitland are sitting comfortably at the top of the Youth West Division and will look to make it a League and Cup double.

In the Shield competition, Porth Quins return to get their hands back on the title after their victory in last year’s final. After claiming the Division 3 title, the Quins will look to end 2015-16 with a double, but standing in their way are Senghenydd who are sitting in third place of Division 2.

The Bowl competition sees two clubs return after  finishing runners up in previous years. Gorseinon and Ynysybwl both narrowly missed out on the title in 2014 and 2015 respectively. Ynysybwl have won both league fixtures this season, but during their encounter in April, Gorseinon ran the Bwl all the way and narrowly missed out in a 25-24 loss.

Seven Sisters will make their sixth appearance in the Plate final in seven years and look to gain redemption after losing out to Pencoed last year. Standing in their way are Ynysddu who are looking to make Finals day a special one for themselves. After nearly 25 years in the game, club matriarch Vicki Jennings is hanging up her boots. The Gwent girls will be looking to give her a well-deserved send off. Both clubs have claimed a league victory over each other this season, but Ynysddu will take confidence from the knowledge that they’re sitting on top of Division 1.

Skewen look to reclaim the Cup after last year’s impressive victory over Pontyclun. Standing in their way are Whitland who join their Youth team at the finals. The Neath side know their opponents all too well after claiming two league victories this season, but Whitland won’t take it laying down and be full of confidence from the semi-final victory over high flyers Pontyclun.

Entry for all 5 fixtures is £5 on the gate.
