The Scarlets take on Cardiff Blues having won their first round clash 17-15 against Newport Gwent Dragons while the Ospreys tackle the Dragons in the second round of action.
“We’re really excited by the team we’ve got out, and after an extremely difficult challenge against the Dragons, where to be honest we were lucky to come away with the win, we’ll be looking to put in a performance worthy of the defending champions,” said Scarlets head coach, Daryl Morgan.
“We’ve changed up quite a few of the systems we use this season, and you could see in our last performance that they hadn’t quite bedded in, but we’ve prepared really well for this game so there’ll be no excuses if we don’t put in a performance on Sunday.
“The Blues will provide a different challenge compared to the Dragons, but our sole focus in the build-up has been our own performances both individually and as a team.
“We really can’t wait for the weekend, the atmosphere in the squad has been electric all week. Roll on Sunday.”
