The game is a repeat of last season’s final, which Cymoedd won 44-24 at the Principality Stadium. They also came out on top in the corresponding fixture, 12-8, and completed the treble with a 48-26 home win.
Cymoedd kicked-off the defence of their title with a 38-24 win over Gower College at Sardis Road last week. Coleg Sir Gar, meanwhile, started their Cup campaign with a 19-8 away win over Pembrokeshire College.
The other Cup matches see Gower College host Coleg Gwent, while there is an all-Blues battle in prospect between Cowbridge CS and Cardiff & Vale College.
In the Trophy tournament, Whitchurch HS return to the scene of their only triumph to date this season when they travel to Bridgend College. They beat them 44-6 in the qualification rounds.
Llandovery College play their first competitive game in the Trophy with a trip to Glantaf, while Neath & Port Talbot College travel to Parc Eirias, Colwyn Bay, to face Coleg Llandrillo.
