The Panel deemed that the sending off/red card was sufficient.  Ian Morris may continue playing the game.

The Panel determined that the case was not proven and determined to take no further action other than to expunge the red card.  Ashley Hickey may continue playing the game.
 
New Tredegar RFC v Monmouth RFC – Pete Seran (10-Sep-16) – Law 10.4.A           
Mid-Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 week deduction for the player’s conduct at the hearing and clean disciplinary record).  Peter Seran may resume playing on 25 October 2016 (personal hearing).
