Wales centre Jonathan Davies will undergo surgery to his foot following the injury sustained against Australia in the Under Armour Series on Saturday at Principality Stadium.
It is envisaged that recovery will be in the region of six months.
The 29-year-old Scarlet sustained the damage during the final minute of Wales’ 29-21 defeat to the Wallabies in the opening game of the autumn series.
Experienced Wales and Harlequins centre Jamie Roberts has been added to the squad, along with prop Scott Andrews.
