Their 47-15 triumph came a mere four days after they had completed the double over their nearest rivals, the Dragons, and means they are on course to take the title. There were two tries each for Joe Roberts, Harri Doel and Dean James and Llew Smith added six conversions to his try for a match tally of 17 points.

The Dragons host Blues North at Ystrad Mynach tonight (Tuesday at Ystrad Mynach – 7.00pm), while the Ospreys entertain Blues South at Bridgend on Wednesday night (7.00pm).
