While they are used to playing at Principality Stadium in the Welsh Varsity Match every other year, going all the way in the Bowl would be an amazing achievement for the university side, who currently top their BUCS League as well.
Last year Nantgaredig beat the Swedish national team and they currently sit in fifth in Division 3 West B with only two defeats all season. They beat the 2016 finalists Taffs Well 13-9 at home last weekend to reach the last eight.
Something will have to give when Pembroke, top of Division 3 West A with eight wins out of nine, host Deri, who are unbeaten and have control of Division 3 East B.
Abercwmboi are another table-topping league outfit, who sit three points clear of everyone else in Division 3 East Central A with 10 wins out of 11. They travel to Monmouth, who are third in Division 3 East A having lost only once in the league and cup this season.
In the other game, Penygraig, who are fifth in Division 3 East Central A, host Porthcawl. The Seasiders are fourth in Division 3 West Central A having suffered only one defeat.
