Celtic are currently lying in second place behind Nantyffyllon in the table and are unbeaten at home this season. They have already beaten Ammanford (18-15) and Llanelli Wanderers (18-16) at Welfare Park in the Plate this season.
Pwllheli’s only defeat to date this season was the 24-21 reverse they suffered at home against Division 1 North leaders Nant Conwy. They have already won at Caernarfon (45-0) and Dowlais (18-0) in the Plate this season and were quarter-finalists last year.
Reigning champions Penallta head to Division 2 West Central side Cwmgors hoping to follow the lead of their 2nd XV, who moved into the fifth round of the Bowl with a stunning 22-17 away win at Oakdale.
The other game sees Division 1 East strugglers Blaenavon host Waunarlwydd, from Division 1 West Central. The prize for the winners will be a home tie in the next round against Division 1 North leaders Nant Conwy.
