The leading Welsh nutrition company, who also work with all four Welsh regions, has been an official supplier to the WRU since 2014.
Providing a complete range of sports nutrition products, PAS will continue to work with and supply all representative teams including the national squad as they continue their preparations for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Formed in 2006 by Wales National Squad Nutritionist Jon Williams and Olympic Gold Medalist, Darren Campbell (MBE), PAS provides athletes with batch screened, research driven sports nutrition.
“We are delighted to extend our long relationship with the WRU and to commit to working alongside the representative teams for the next few years,” said Williams.
“As a Welsh company, we take a great deal of pride working alongside the WRU, the national teams as well as all four Welsh regions and it is an exciting time in the game in the lead up to the 2019 RWC.”
WRU Head of Physical Performance, Paul Stridgeon added:
“It is great news for the WRU and all the representative sides that PAS have extended their relationship.
“PAS work alongside all the national teams, providing a comprehensive range of sports nutrition and advice. Jon specially has worked with the National Squad as Nutritionist for the last nine years and that relationship is a major advantage to us. All products are formulated by Jon and batch tested which is hugely important. It is great to have this relationship with a leading Welsh brand and we look forward to continue working with Jon and PAS over the coming years.”
PAS have batch tested all products since 2006 and the Informed Sport Registration is essential in sending a message to all players in Wales that they should only use registered products that have been batch tested.
In addition to working with the WRU and all four Welsh regions, PAS was also an official supplier to the 2017 British & Irish Lions.
