We have a responsibility to represent all players, followers and supporters of the game in Wales. We cannot achieve this without hearing from the rugby audience.

Eveery person who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following prizes; a pair of tickets to Wales v England in the 2019 Under Armour Summer Series, a pair of tickets to Wales v Ireland in the 2019 Under Armour Summer Series or £100 spending money.
