The two sides meet for the second time in the space of just six days with a sold-out Cardiff crowd set to back Warren Gatland’s side.
England emerged 33-19 winners over Wales last Sunday, but Jones and Co’s last game in the Welsh capital ended with them sealing a Six Nations Grand Slam via a 25-7 victory over Ireland.
Wales have won their last 10 games at Principality Stadium with their last defeat coming against New Zealand in November 2017.
Jones said: “It’s nice to be home. The occasion when we were here last time was obviously special.
“We’re not going to lie we want to carry that on. There is a big responsibility whenever we pull the jersey on. It means a lot to be playing at home.
“We realise where we have got to pick up and we have got another opportunity to put it right.”
Saturday’s match against England will see brothers Jonathan and James Davies start in the same Wales side.
They will become the first siblings to do that since Jamie and Nicky Robinson in 2006.
James Davies will win his fourth cap on the flank and Jones said: “Obviously there is a bit of pedigree there with his brother (Jonathan) in the centre.
“I thought he sent a flare up in Argentina. He’s had injury struggles since, but he’s got a great opportunity at the weekend.”
Wales won 10 out of their 12 line-outs at Twickenham last weekend and Jones said: “With regards to the line-out it was a few critical moments that gave them ins.
“With the English set-piece you can’t afford to do that and we will look to rectify that this weekend.
“If you look at the pillars of England’s game, it is always set-piece, scrum, and line-out and that’s where they launch the majority of their attacks from.”
