Cardiff Blues winger Adams, who was the top try scorer in the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan, was forced to withdraw from the Ireland game midway through the first half with a hip problem.
Northampton Saints fly-half Biggar suffered a head injury in Dublin, but Humphreys hopes Wayne Pivac’s men will have both players fit for Wales’ game against France in Cardiff.
Biggar and Adams have returned to training this week.
Humphreys said: “He (Biggar) is good. He’s taking part in full training. He’s hopefully going to carry on passing all the head injury protocols and fingers crossed he could be ready.
“Josh is training fully so hopefully, fingers crossed, he’s going to be ready too.”
It’s positive news for Pivac’s side as his team prepare to come up against a France side who have impressed so far during this year’s Six Nations.
Les Bleus are unbeaten after defeating England 24-17 in Paris in their opening game of the tournament before going on to beat Italy 35-22.
Speaking ahead of the game, Humphreys said: “France are the same they’ve been for a long time in terms of being very physical. They’ll look to exert dominance in that area.
“They’ll want to drive a lot. It’s the same threats that they’ve posed for many years.”
Humphreys also praised Les Bleus’ recent renaissance under new head coach Fabien Galthie as
they are now a more “exciting team” behind the scrum.
In players like Antoine Dupont, Romain Ntamack, Damian Penaud and Virimi Vakatawa, France have a host of young attacking talent.
Captain Charles Ollivon and his fellow forward Gregory Alldritt have both had stellar starts to the current campaign.
Humphreys added: “France are a better team than they have been – a more exciting team. These games come down to the physical moments and that’s what we need to be ready for.”
