The Welsh international wing used both pace and power to get off the mark this season in spectacular fashion as the Bears made it three bonus-point wins in a row, despite being without their two GB Sevens stars Grace Crompton and Jasmine Joyce who were in Canada helping their side win on the World Series.
“It was a brilliant game from everyone and the five tries I scored were all team tries. I was just on the end of it all on the left wing,” said Keight.
“We are focussing on bring relentless and brutal this season. We wanted to keep our foot on the gas and we did that.
“We have Sale Sharks in a couple of weeks time and we need to keep building. It is a good time to be at Bristol at the moment.”
Keira Bevan, Roby Lock, Siwan Lillicrap and Alisha Butchers also all got on the score sheet as the Bears ran in 19 tries, 10 in the first-half to lead 60-0 and nine in the second, and added 10 conversions against a Durham side that is very much down on its luck at present.

Wales prop Donna Rose was among the tries for last season’s beaten finalists Saracens as they beat Loughborough Lightning 38-7 in a repeat of their semi-final clash in the last campaign. The other beaten semi-finalists, wasps, just managed to stay strong to pip Worcester Warriors 26-22.
Having taken a try bonus-point from their defeat to reigning champions Harlequins the previous weekend the Warriors at least took something from another game against one of the top teams in the league in what turned out to be a thriller at Twyford Avenue.
The Warriors led by five points at the break after a breakneck first half that featured a try for the visitors from Wales back rower Alex Callender. The lead grew to eight points with a penlayt, but wasps hit back hard to take the points.
Gloucester-Hartpury came up with a 45-21 win at sale Sharks to avenge their defeat against Bristol Bears the previous weekend, but the shock of the third round came at the Twickenham Stoop where Exeter Chiefs took down the champions, Harlequins, 24-12 and also left London with a bonus-point.
Abbie Fleming was a 44th minute replacement for the Chiefs and helped her side to score four tries and throw the league wide open with a stunning victory.
