With four wins on the bounce to their credit, including a 36-16 win at Bristol Bears to knock them off the top of the table, they will at least travel with confidence. They will have four Welsh forwards in their side, two more Welsh caps in the back line and another on the bench.
Second row Gwen Crabb has been moved into the back row to replace Bethan Lewis, where she will go head-to-head with Beth Dainton in the Quins pack. Rising star Sisilia Tuipulotu starts in the second row.
League leaders Saracens host Worcester Warriors and welcome Georgia Evans and Kat Evans, both new recipients of WRU retainer contracts, back into their pack. Donna Rose, one of the dozen new Welsh professionals, is on the bench. Fellow professionals Ffion Lewis and Carys Phillips are in the Worcester starting line-up, Phillips as co-captain, along with Wales backrow Alex Callender.
New Welsh cap Florence Williams returns to the No 10 jersey for Wasps in their home game against Exeter Chiefs. She will have the experienced Gemma Rowland alongside her in the centre. Lock Abie Fleming is on the bench for the Chiefs.
Bristol Bears field seven Welsh caps in their starting XV for their trip to Manchester to meet Sale Sharks. Jasmine Joyce and Courtney Keight form a formidable pair of wings and Keira Bevan and Elinor Snowsill are at half-back. Sale Sharks’ two Wales professionals are involved too, Lisa Neumann starts with Gwenllian Pyrs on the bench.
Two of the five matches will be shown live by the Allianz Premier 15s, with Wasps v Exeter Chiefs on BBC Sport, BBC iPlayer and premier15s.com, and Sale Sharks v Bristol Bears on premier15s.com. Harlequins and Saracens will also stream their Saturday afternoon clashes against Gloucester-Hartpury and Worcester Warriors, live on the Harlequins YouTube channel and Saracens website, respectively.
