Wales are looking to finish their campaign on a winning note after suffering an 8-29 defeat to Italy and losing 17-48 against Ireland in their previous two rounds.
In the backs Osian Roberts moves from inside to outside centre with Steffan Emanuel starting at 12. Kodie Stone replaces Ioan Duggan on the wing while there is a new halfback pariing with Owain Paskell and Harri Wilde replacing Joshua Pearce and Jack Woods.
Ethan Say replaces Sam Scott on the tighthead and Luke Evans comes in for Nick Thomas at lock while captain Harry Beddall relaces Keanu Evans on the blindside of the scrum.
Wales showed promise in their second round defeat against hosts Ireland with the final 48-17 scoreline not doing justice to the Welsh effort.
A lightning start was enough for victory with Ireland 22-0 ahead just after the halfway point of the first half and despite a brief Wales fightback, they eased to a dominant victory.
Kyle Harris crashed over under the sticks and Ioan Duggan sped over in the corner, reducing the deficit to 27-12 at the interval.
Wales’ hooker Harry Thomas was the last to cross in a chaotic affair.
