The fixture kicks-off at 8pm at Cardiff Arms Park and will be streamed live on WRU channels and RugbyPass TV. (Free entry)
The competition is hot on the heels of the recent Six Nations Summer Series where Wales faced France, England and Italy.
The next round of matches will be staged at the same venue next Wednesday where England face USA and Wales take on Canada.
“This is another exciting opportunity for the girls and we are looking forward to building on the progress made from the Summer Six Nations,” said Burgess.
“We’ve got some youngsters transitioning up from the U18s to give them some experience and exposure at this level and to play at Cardiff Arms Park is a huge opportunity for the girls.
Jenna De Vera is unavailable due to injury so Jess Rogers will captain the side while Savannah Picton Powell will be vice-captain.
Burgess added: “We’re incredibly excited to be a part of a really important series for the women’s pathway, particularly after significant progress was made during the Six Nations series.
“The Transatlantic Quad series offers us an unique opportunity to perform in front of a home crowd and we’re all relishing the opportunity to get the series under way with a good performance.”
