Super Rygbi Cymru ready for big kick-off

Super Rygbi Cymru kicks-off at Pontypool Park on Thursday, 12 September when the home side host reigning Premiership and Premiership Cup holders Llandovery.

It promises to be an explosive start two days ahead of the rest of the 10-team competition getting underway this weekend.

Carmarthen Quins host Swansea, Ebbw Vale entertain Aberavon, Newport receive Bridgend and RGC welcome Cardiff to complete the opening round.
