The Welsh side went down to a first defeat of the campaign in Belfast last weekend but face a Warriors side still looking for their first win in the league.
Welsh international Bryonie King is back to captain a side with four changes and two positional switches.
The Gwalia front five start their third game on the trot, while Wales scrum-half Sian Jones is back at half-back and partners fly half Carys Hughes.
Rhodd Parry comes in at full-back and Courtney Greenway moves to the wing.
Wing Catherine Richards is away training with GB 7s and Wales Number 8 Gwennan Hopkins was not considered for selection due to a HIA.
Catrina Nicholas-McLaughlin, the Gwalia Lightning Head coach, said: “We know Glasgow Warriors will see this game as an opportunity after our first defeat of the campaign but it’s our job to prove what a good side we are.
“We have some players missing but that provides others with an opportunity to stake their claim and have experience of Celtic Challenge rugby and prove they deserve to be playing at this level. We know we need to produce a Gwalia performance at home after the disappointment in Belfast last weekend.
