The Welsh side is still looking for their first win of this league campaign and face a Clovers side with three wins and mid-table in the competition.
Welsh international Natalia John captains a Brython Thunder side which sees 10 changes and three positional to face the Irish side.
Welsh international Hannah Bluck returns to centre to partner Savannah Picton-Powell in a new-look midfield.
Niamh Terry, the Welsh international threequarter, is selected at fly-half to partner Seren Singleton at scrum-half.
A new-look front row of Stella Orin, Chloe Gant and Cadi-Lois Davies will line-up for the Thunder in Belfast while Katie Carr is selected in a back row, alongside Finley Jones and Anna Stowell due to Lucy Isaac and Jess Rogers being ruled out due to injury.
Fly half Hanna Marshall was unavailable due to BUCS rugby commitments.
Ashley Beck, Brython Thunder head coach, said: “We are a young and new-look Brython Thunder squad and this is massive learning experience for the players as they adapt to the standard of rugby in the Celtic Challenge.
“The Irish sides have proved to be the dominant force in the league over the last few seasons and we are expecting a real test but all of these experiences are good for the development of these players.
“We have showed the talent we have in the squad and we just need to keep our concentration, stick to our processes and develop the consistency of our performance against a side full of Irish internationals.”
