The Thunder recorded a first win of the campaign, scoring six tries in their last gasp 38-32 win against Edinburgh in Llanelli in Round 7.
Katie Carr will captain the side for the first time with Natalia John sidelined with a calf injury in a Brython Thunder side with only one change from the side that beat Edinburgh.
Carr will captain the side from Number 8, alongside Lucy Issac and Finley Jones in an all-action backrow.
Lock Catrin Jones comes into partner Robyn Davies in the Thunder engine room but otherwise the side that won the last time in Llanelli is selected again.
Second row Jones has been brought in from Clwb Rygbi Cymru Caerdydd after impressing in training.
Ellie Troman is at full back and is joined by Ffion Davies and Eleanor Hing in an exciting back three for the Thunder.
Experienced Welsh international Meg Webb partners the impressive Savannah Picton-Powell at centre, while Hanna Marshall is at fly-half with Seren Singleton at scrum half.
The front row of Stella Orrin, Chloe Gant and Cadi-Lois Davies are selected again.
Ashley Beck, the Brython Thunder head coach, said: “The whole squad fully deserved the win over Edinburgh and showed real character and resilience to comeback in such an exciting fashion.
“We can take real confidence from that performance, and we need to build on it against a formidable Clovers side that is second in the league table, full of Irish internationals and will pose a real challenge.
“Playing back at Parc y Scarlets after being on the road and away from home proved a real big factor for us and we are excited to be playing at home again. We know we will need to be at our best against Clovers.”
