Brian Carney and Alan Quinlan have been named in the Munster starting line-up for Sunday’s Magners League clash with the Ospreys (4.10pm) while Peter Stringer and Frank Sheahan are listed among the replacements.
Carney scored a try in the corresponding fixture last season and his return to the side is opportune given that injury forces Anthony Horgan to miss out. Ian Dowling switches to the left wing to accomodate Carney’s inclusion and the only change up front sees Quinlan come into the blind-side wing forward berth in place of James Coughlan who is named on the bench. Besides the switch between Quinlan and Coughlan the only other change to the replacements sees Peter Stringer take over from Gerry Hurley. Munster fly out from Cork Airport tomorrow.
