The Llanelli Scarlets Director of Rugby has stayed loyal to the majority of the players who have pushed the Scarlets into second place in the Magners League.

Young fly half Rhys Priestland retains his place in front of Stephen Jones while hooker James Hayter starts with Matthew Rees on the bench.

Mark Jones replaces Nathan Brew on the wing, Dwayne Peel is restored at scrum half for Liam Davies while Ireland international Simon Easterby returns to captain the side.

Vernon Cooper celebrates his 100th appearance for the Scarlets and continues his impressive second row partnership with summer signing Adam Eustace.

The Scarlets name a strong-looking bench with six players boasting international experience.
