Carys John will again captain the side as Wales Women U20 look for their initial win of the tournament after suffering a narrow defeat in the opening clash against Canada U20.
Fowards Issy Jones and Angharad Kent-McCormack move to the bench with Becky Newton, Lowri Harries, Vicky Owens and Amy Thompson all making the starting line-up.
Levi Hallett moves up from the bench to start at centre with Rhianydd Morgan also starting on the right wing.
