But Neath director of rugby Rowland Phillips Rugby is confident his side can put in a good performance after recent wins over Bucharest and Bristol at the Gnoll.
He said: “We are already relishing the pre season friendly against Saracens. As a club we are always keen to punch above our weight and fixtures like this will only improve our squad’s skills and stamina going into the 2008/09 season.”
Neath Rugby are giving season ticket subscribers a complimentary ticket to the Saracens game providing people sign up for 08/09 before the 31st July. Supporters can apply online – over the phone or by calling into the club shop, 13 Old Market St Neath.”
