After the disappointment of the Gnoll the Wanderers go to Tonmawr in the SWALEC cup and look to bounce back to winning ways. Coach Richard Hodges makes 8 changes to the side which lost to Neath

Into the backs come Simon Rosser and James Loxton, who has been with the Wales under 20’s and there are six changes to the pack. Nathan Trevett moves back onto the loosehead with Mark O’Leary and Ryan Price joining him in the front row. 

Alex Luff and Gareth Knight are paired once again in the second row and Richard Thomas starts in the back row with another one of the Wales under 20’s squad Josh Navidi. 

Ben Rose is handed the captaincy in the absence of Nick Kelly. On the bench Mark Roper who has impressed in recent Canterbury league games returns.
