It would have seen the battle of the top two in the WRU Age Grade Under 18 Championship as the Blues were aiming to topple top-dogs the Scarlets at the Cardiff Arms Park.
Although they have played two games more than their closest rivals, the Scarlets lead the championship table with 23 points from six games.
Furthermore, although the Blues remain as firm favourites to finish on top of the pile, the Scarlets would have confirmed their place in the final if they could have reaped revenge this evening, for their 18-6 home defeat at the hands of the Blues back in September. However that has been put on hold due to the poor weather conditions.
