Rose’s mission is to plan the strategic delivery of all aspects of Women and girls development. He will be producing a national development plan that aligns to the WRU strategic plan for women and girls development and meets the demands of the performance game for women and girls.
He will also co-ordinate the delivery and management of a player pathway for junior players in contact game up to Under 16 level while investigating  development opportunities at club, school, FE and HE level for post Under 16s.
Rose will also monitor and report on all women and girls development programmes on a two-monthly basis.
Among his duties will be to produce an annual report on the women and girls game, making recommendations for future development.
