Originally scheduled to be played at Abercwmboi, the age grade fixture will now kick off at Rumney RFC at 7.15pm.
The Ospreys will be looking to build on their 27-11 victory over the Dragons while the Blues will be keen to get back into action after their clash against RGC 1404 was postponed.
