The fixture will see Adam Jones’ Testimonial Select XV take on the players from Neath, the prop’s former stomping ground, in a special tribute to the three-times Grand Slam winning player.
Fans can get their tickets now to watch some of Wales’ greatest rugby players battle it out at the venue which launched Jones’ career, first with Neath and then for his regional debut in the Ospreys’ first competitive game (a 41-30 win over Ulster).
“I’m delighted that a special one-off rugby match to celebrate my testimonial year will be played at The Gnoll this month,” said Jones. “I’ve had such amazing support from the region, my fellow players and my fans over what has been a phenomenal testimonial year and this is a great opportunity to thank everyone for backing me both on and off the field.”
As well as all the action on the field, fans can expect a special performance from the official Ospreys’ choir, some star raffle prizes and the chance to get their autographs and photos with a selection of Wales and Ospreys squad players. The full range of Adam Jones Testimonial Merchandise, including the Adam Jones wig, will also be on sale.
Fans can get their tickets now at Neath RFC ticket office priced at £10 for adults, £5 for children and FREE for Under 11s. A percentage of all proceeds from the Adam Jones Testimonial Match will be donated to the nominated charity, St David’s Foundation.
