The backrower, who has played for the Ospreys more than 90 times, joined 52 coaches from across the Ospreys region in a discussion on various technical areas.
These included how best to organise the contact and tackle areas as well as running through practical drills.
Focusing on both defensive and attacking areas, the sessions saw players from Bridgend’s U16 side taking part with the coaches given the chance to ask questions afterwards.
Coaches from U9 through to senior level took part in the session which was organised by WRU Coach Development Officer for the Ospreys region Daniel Owens.
