The Zebras will make the trip to One East leaders Ystrad Rhondda having already been beaten 31-3 at Gelligaled Parc earlier in the season.

Cwmllynfell are enjoying a good season in One West lying in second spot only six points behind leaders Tondu. They beat Brynamman 31-13 and Bryncoch 21-5 to reach this stage, but find themselves drawn away for the third time with a visit to Pontarddulais. Having disposed of One West side Aberavon Quins 25-16 in Round Two, the Three West side will be looking to the boot of Jordan Lloyd to cause another upset.

Carmarthen Athletic knocked out Newcastle Emlyn but will travel once again after being pulled out of the hat to visit SWALEC Two West side, Felinfoel who needed a last minute score to edge out hosts Lampeter 33-30. The visitors will have a tough task at the Recreation Ground where ‘Foel are unbeaten this season.

Two East side Rhiwbina have defeated Fleur de Lys 15-10 and Cardiff Quins 19-6 and will now travel to play the winners of the Rhymney / Rhydyfelin tie postponed from last weekend. Having already beaten the Brewers 43-12 in the league this season, the Squirrels will be hoping for a trip to Rhymney in Round Three.

Seven Sisters top Two West and after a cup victory over Ystalyfera they will be confident when entertaining either Kenfig Hill or Skewen to their Maes Dafydd ground.

Builth Wells are chasing Seven Sisters in second spot in Two West and they have been handed the longest trip of the round when they travel to play Nant Conwy of One North. A side from North Wales will definitely reach the last sixteen after Pwllheli were drawn to play host to Bro Ffestiniog.

Defending champions Penallta still have to dispose of Three South East side Penarth after last weekend’s tie was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. If they can overcome the Seasiders, the Pitmen will entertain the winners of the Rumney / Nelson tie.
