Wales foes eager to avoid wooden spoon

Both Australia and Argentina will be chasing their first wins of the tournament this year having lost their opening three games to date. The Pumas will head to the Western Australia capital seeking to notch only their second win on Aussie soil.
 
You have to go back 30 years to 1983 for the only win to date in 11 attempts on Australian soil, an 18-6 triumph in Brisbane, but the Pumas will be full of hope this weekend as they seek to make five straight defeats this year for the Wallabies.
 
Head coach Santiago Phelan has made five changes from the team that lost 28-13 to the All Blacks last weekend. Tomas Cubelli takes over from Martin Landajo at scrum half, while the veteran centres Felipe Contepomi and Gonzalo Tiesi team up in the midfield.
 
Contepomi will win his 85th cap, while the London Welsh-based Tiesi will pick up his 37th. Racing Metro star Juan Imhoff is restored to the starting line up in the place of the injured Gonzalo Camacho on the wing after the latter suffered a dislocated shoulder.
 
The only change in a pack that did so well against the All Blacks last weekend is at hooker where Agustín Creevy replaces Eusebio Guinazu. Juan-Martin Fernandez Lobbe continues as captain in his 54th Test match, while No 8 Juan Manuel Leguizamon will win his 50th cap.
 
Imhoff and full back Juan Martin Hernandez both play for Racing Metro in France and will meet up with their new Welsh clubmates Jamie Roberts and Dan Lydiate at the end of the Championship. Then they could become rivals when Wales host the Pumas at the Millennium Stadium in November.
