Ynysddu’s Welfare Ground is reputed to be the highest pitch in Wales and the Ironsides will have to raise their game if they want more cup success.
Nantyglo are top of Four East and they travel to Abertysswg of the same division with both sides having suffered only one league defeat to date.
The league meeting over Christmas was cancelled due to weather conditions but home advantage may be enough for the Falcons to reach the last 16.
North Wales sides will be represented at the next stage with Llandudno of Two North favourites to beat visitors Menai Bridge of Three North, while Mold play host to Shotton Steel having already defeated the Steelmen 40-24 at Chester Road earlier in the Two North league season.
Glyncoch beat Cardiff-based Canton 102-7 in the last round but they have a tougher tie at Llantwit Major in round four. Both clubs play in Four South East but the Gladiators already have a league victory over their hosts and a trip to Boverton Road should hold no fears for Glyncoch.
St Clears of Five West scraped through to round four with a 6-3 victory over Nantgaredig and will now face a much sterner task with the visit of Lampeter. The Saints are mid-table in their division while Town are riding high in second spot in Four West so it could be a difficult afternoon for the Five West outfit.
