Beck, 23, won the last of his seven caps against Tonga last November and No. 8 Baker made his international debut against Japan last summer.
They met up with the squad this morning.
Medical assessments on Scarlets centre Scott Williams, who injured his right shoulder in the defeat to Ireland, are ongoing and updates will be available in due course.
