Newport Gwent Dragons, who completed a highly impressive double over Stade Francais Paris at Rodney Parade, will have home advantage after topping Pool 3 with five wins out of six. And their reward will be a clash against their biggest and oldest rivals, Cardiff Blues.
The Blues bagged another bonus point win in Grenoble to end with the same points as London Irish in Pool 1, only to be relegated to second place because of an inferior record in the head-to-head statistics from their two matches.
The full line-up for the Challenge Cup quarter-finals is:
Gloucester Rugby v Connacht
Exeter Chiefs v Newcastle Falcons
Dragons v Cardiff Blues
London Irish v Edinburgh
