D Green (Llanrumney RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Tongwynlais RFC on 21st November 2015.  Seven (7) week suspension (5 weeks for the offence + 2 weeks for striking opponent from the side). Mr Green may resume playing the Game on 24th February 2016.
