J Benbow (Pontycymmer RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Bryncethin RFC on 19^th December 2015.  Two (2) week suspension. Mr Benbow may resume playing the Game on 29th January 2016. 
 
Louie Pengelly (Pill Harriers RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Caerleon RFC on 19^th December 2015.   Five (5) week suspension. Mr Pengelly may resume playing the Game on 19th February 2016.
