Top End (TE). Sixteen (16) Week suspension (initially 18 weeks but 2 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Mr. Meredith may resume playing on 11th January 2017.

Low-end (LE).  Two (2) week suspension.  Mr. Parker may resume playing on 5 October 2016.

The Panel determined to take no further action other than to expunge the red card from the player’s record.  Mr. Taylor is free to continue playing the Game.
 
Abercwmboi RFC 2nd v Nelson 2nd RFC- Josh Thomas (3-Sep-16) – Law 10.4.A    

The Panel were satisfied that having considered the referee’s report, the strike did not connect with the opposition player.  As such. the Panel determined to take no further action other than to expunge the red card from the player’s record.  Mr. Thomas may continue playing the game.
