Lower End (LE).  One (1) week suspension (initially two weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Scott Goven may resume playing on 14 October 2016.

Having listened to representations from the player, the referee (Ben Porte), as well as the referee adviser, the Panel were satisfied that the sending off was sufficient punishment and the red card will remain on the player’s record.
