Rhydyfelin currently sit on top of Division 1 East with a perfect seen wins from seven outings and have scored 135 points in their two outings to date. They followed up their 70-7 triumph in Round 1 over Garndiffaith with a 65-7 win at Carmarthen Athletic last weekend.
Division 1 West side Ammanford were victorious at the Millennium Stadium in the 2009 and 2011 finals. They have already won on the road at Whitland (27-3) and Waunarlwydd (27-17) in the earlier rounds and will be hoping to make it a hat-trick of away wins.
Last season’s runners-up, and 2012 winners, Penallta, will host the current leaders of Division 1 East Central, Treorchy, in another attractive tie follwling their 41-6 home win in Rond 2 against Brecon. The 2013 champions, Heol y Cyw, will have home advantage over Trebanos.
Llanishen’s reward for their win on try count at Tenby United, where the scores ended up tied at 22-22, is a home tie against local rivals Rhiwbina. Ystalyfera, who edged into the third round with a 35-34 at Mumbles, will also be at home, against Mountain Ash.
There is a strong North Wales contingent left in the draw. Reigning champions, and unbeaten Division 1 North leaders, Pwllheli, were 37-21 victors at Ynysddu in Round 2 and face another tough away trip next month when they visitor Llanelli Wanderers, who are second Division 1 West with six wins out of seven games.
Mold beat Bridgend Athletic 18-17, and Nanty Conwy ran out 43-21 home winners against Pontypool United, while Llandudno were 30-27 winners over Blaenavon in Round 2. Mold head to Llanharan, Nant Conwy host Maestg Quins and Llandudno head to Abercarn, who currently head Division 2 East, in Round 3.

Reigning WRU National Bowl champions Burry Port will be looking to make it 10 wins in a row in the tournament when they travel to Tylorstown in Round 4 on the weekend of 10 December.
Burry Port ran out 35-10 winners at home over St Clear’s in the last round having beating Banwen 24-9 at Banwen in Round 2. They won six games on the road to the Principality Stadium last season, where they beat Taffs Well in the final.
They currently sit in second place in Division 3 West A and have only lost one game to date this season, against league leaders Amman United. Amman United have to travel to Cardiff to meet St Alban’s after their 22-5 home win over Hartridge last weekend.
The 2013 winners, Wattstown, have to travel north to face Bangor University, while Taffs Well will go to Newport HSOB. Cambrian Welfare, beaten semi-finalists last year and runners-up in 2015, will have home advantage over Birchgrove, who currently sit in second place in Division East Central A.
That league is led by the unbeaten Cilfynydd side, who earned a home draw against Machen in Round 4 after their 25-19 home win over Porthcawl. The top two teams in Division 3 East A will clash at Oakdale when Caerphilly arrive.
Both teams are locked on 24 points in the league with five wins out of six. They are due to meet in Chepstow on 26 November.
