Back-row forward Dewi Williams has led his side to 16 wins and just one defeat (at home to Colwyn Bay) and there is just one match left to play.
Secretary Gwyndaf Hughes explained: ‘We change and play at the UCNW Sports Centre, but our celebrations were at the Plas Coch, a local hotel.
‘We have some strong young farmers in the pack with lock Aaron Jones having won a place in the North Wales squad, while 20-years-old Daniel Davies has been an outstanding centre this season.’
