Cardiff play Swansea in the Welsh Premiership on Saturday at Cardiff Arms Park (kick-off 2.30 pm) .

Iestyn Harris will play at centre for the first time in what will be his 39th appearance for the club since his debut in October 2001.

Harris has played number 12 for Wales, most recently against France. Partnering him in midfield is Nick Walne who switches from the wing.

Dai Young has selected a team showing 12 changes, three of them positional, from the starting line-up that beat Pontypridd 20-18 in the Principality Cup quarter-final last week.

At half-back Richard Smith is fit again after a wrist injury and teams up with Nick Robinson while in the pack Jim Brownrigg makes his first start since the game against Connacht last September. He played for five minutes as a replacement against Pontypridd in the Principality Cup quarter-final win.

Robin Sowden-Taylor moves from number 6 to the open-side flanker’s position while lock Heino Senekal plays his 20th game of the season and qualifies for a club cap.
