Each team played three pool matches with the top four teams going through to the semi finals. St Cenydd, Dyffryn Conwy, Greenhill and Bryn Hyffryd went through into the Under 19s semi finals with St Cenydd beating Dyffryn Conwy in the final 3-1.
Lampeter, Berwyn, Sir Hugh Owen and Dyffryn Conwy went into the Under 13 semi finals with Lampeter meeting Sir Hugh Owen in the final. It was a close game but Lampeter finished victorious 3-2 with a try in extra time.
