Two of the leading referees in Wales have been selected to officiate Down Under in the Rugby World Cup 2003.
Full Time Referee Nigel H Williams, will referee in the tournament and International Referee Nigel Whitehouse; will work as touch judge.
Both referees will be in action this weekend in some of the final summer International Rugby Friendlies. Nigel Whitehouse will be at the helm for Scotland v Ireland, whilst Nigel Williams will take charge of the return clash between England and France at Twickenham.
Welsh Rugby Union Head of Refereeing Robert Yeman will also be present at RWC 2003, having been selected for Referee’s assessment panel.
